                                          Carl Haasper has over 8 years of Wall Street experience as a           
                                           Vice President @ J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in Manhattan and           
                                           currently works full time as a fiscal analyst for the State of Vermont.  
                                           In addition to extensive tax, budgeting, and financial management    
                                           experience, Carl previously worked in investment sales and has an  
                                           in depth knowledge of financial instruments and investment options.
                                           With both an accounting and management degree from Hofstra
